OUR OPINION:
In Islam we are taught to seek knowledge (of Qur'an) and share this knowledge with others. It is a sin to hoard knowledge (wealth) and put it into a "vault" of sorts (see Qur'an 9:34-35 below). The acquisition of information (knowledge) in the 21st century of the Christian Era and the 15th century of the Islamic Calendar requires us to utilize legal terminology and recording of documents to "preserve" ethical treatment of published works. However, when we are discussing the usage of the very "literal" word of Allah (God) we cannot have any copyright provisions enforced since these words are not from anyone rewriting or recording these works. The Qur'an and other books containing the words of Allah are intended as guidance for all of mankind and not a particular group of people practicing a certain cultural lifestyle(as some Jews understand it.). For all Semitic people's (Hebrews, Arabs, etc.) ancestors came from the same origins that today's African (Nigretian) people reside. Knowledge of our past can only improve our future interactions with each other. Copyright laws in the United States were designed to protect the published work of the "original" author. Can any man or woman argue that using the words of Allah (God) in a publication is copyright protected by man-made laws? Perhaps they could formulate an argument without any true merit. Below you will find information pertaining to copyright laws in the United States. 009.034 يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِنَّ كَثِيرًا مِنَ الأحْبَارِ وَالرُّهْبَانِ لَيَأْكُلُونَ أَمْوَالَ النَّاسِ بِالْبَاطِلِ وَيَصُدُّونَ عَنْ سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَالَّذِينَ يَكْنِزُونَ الذَّهَبَ وَالْفِضَّةَ وَلا يُنْفِقُونَهَا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ فَبَشِّرْهُمْ بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ
009.035 يَوْمَ يُحْمَى عَلَيْهَا فِي نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ فَتُكْوَى بِهَا جِبَاهُهُمْ وَجُنُوبُهُمْ وَظُهُورُهُمْ هَذَا مَا كَنَزْتُمْ لأنْفُسِكُمْ فَذُوقُوا مَا كُنْتُمْ تَكْنِزُونَ
009.034 O ye who believe! there are indeed many among the priests (Jewish Rabbis, scholars) and anchorites (Christian monks), who in Falsehood devour the substance of men and hinder (them) from the way of Allah. And there are those who bury gold and silver and spend it not in the way of Allah: announce unto them a most grievous penalty-
009.035 On the Day when heat will be produced out of that (wealth) in the fire of Hell, and with it will be branded their foreheads, their flanks, and their backs, their flanks, and their backs.- "This is the (treasure) which ye buried for yourselves: taste ye, then, the (treasures) ye buried!"

Allah says: "For We assuredly sent amongst every People (nation) a Messenger, (with the Command), "Serve Allah (alone), and eschew Evil(Taghut: Satan, false gods, etc.)": of the People were some whom Allah guided, and some on whom error became inevitably (established).     Note:All references to the words Jesus, Christ, Christian and Christianity are used in correct etymological context on this website as these words are of Greek origin. Jesus meaning "The Zeus" or the god will only be used in parenthesis for the sake of Christian reference. Many Christians argue that Jesus means "Joshua" which is a fabrication. Yehoshua, Yehoshu, Yeshu = Joshuah, as referenced Exodus 17:9. Thus in the English translation the name Jesus would have been used instead of "Joshua". In Acts 2:32 we find the Greek translation of "Iesoun". In Aramaic this name is Esaou and in Arabic the same name is "Easa or Isa" for Jesus son of Maryam. We can clearly see that "Yeshuah" is NOT Jesus, but Joshua. The proper name of Easa (Jesus) son of Maryam (peace be upon him) will be used. Nazarenism (Christianity), Nazarenes (Christians) and Messih/Messiah (Christ)are the proper terms which are used throughout this site.
